Shipping Policy
Orders received by 5 pm EST will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding federal holidays). The mode of transport and mail carrier selected by customer at check out (or its equivalent) will be used for delivery. Typical delivery times within the US are between 3 to 5 days.
Products eligible for free shipment will be shipped either by USPS or UPS per suitable mode of transport.
In some instances, order processing time may be extended with prior notification (please check order status). As the skin care and hygiene products need specific storage and handling conditions, orders can not be cancelled once the product is shipped. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Once the package is shipped, customers will be notified of the tracking number to track the package delivery status. Please notify us if you experience delays in package delivery however, we recommend that you communicate directly with package carrier to enquire about package delivery status. Please note that USPS will initiate investigation of a delayed package delivery or 'missing package' only after 30 days post shipment date.
Customers are requested to verify shipping address prior to placing orders. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges related to all undelivered or returned shipments resulting from submission of incorrect shipping address.
