Return and Refund Policy

In case you do not feel satisfied with the purchase of products from Sanjeevita, you can return the product within 30 days of its receipt. Only those products that are directly purchased through Sanjeevita's website qualify for return and exchange. To process a return request, please send us the email ID used for the purchase and the order or invoice number. Based on the characteristics of each product, we may or may not be able to offer you product return or exchange. Only pre-authorized returns would be accepted.
In case there is any error on our end in processing your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. 
If you receive products that are damaged due to carrier mishandling. We would notify the carrier about the damaged shipment however, we recommend that the customers communicate with the carrier directly to address all concerns regarding product damage resulting from shipment mishandling.
To be eligible for a return,
- we require a receipt or proof of purchase
- the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- the item must also be in the original packaging
- the item is returned within 30 days of its delivery

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards
- Clearance and non-return sales items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take up to 3 weeks to process a refund.
Please note that refund will not include shipping and handling cost unless we ship a wrong product.

Refunds will not be granted for 
- items returned without receipts or proof of purchase

-any item not in its original condition/packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Late or missing refunds 
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, so in case you do not receive the refund within the anticipated time frame, first contact the financial organization that is expected to receive the refund. If you experience further delays  in receiving the refund, please contact us at 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please send us an email at to receive a pre-authorization.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver once we receive your return. 

Once we authorize a product return/exchange, we will provide you with shipping information. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You can choose to purchase shipment tracking or purchase a shipping insurance.
