Occasionally, Sanjeevita may issue sales promotions that include free shipping on orders e.g. free shipping to US destinations on all orders over $50. Please note that to qualify for free shipping under such promotions, the total cost of the sales order that includes regular priced items, promotional items and promotional discounts should exceed $50 prior to accounting for sales tax and shipping costs.

Information on shipping (carriers, shipping schedule etc.) is available for review at the time of check out. Once the order is processed, customers will get shipment status updates and package tracking number by e-mail. Further details are provided under shipping policy.

Only those products that are purchased directly through Sanjeevita’s website qualify for return and exchange. We accept pre-authorized returns shipped back within 30 days from item delivery. Please send us the email ID used for the product purchase and the order or invoice number at customerservice@sanjeevita.com to request an authorization for a return. Additional information can also be found under individual product descriptions. All Sanjeevita products primarily contain natural, naturally derived, and biotechnology derived ingredients. Products are handmade and due to the high percentage of natural material content, some lot-to-lot variation in product appearance is possible. The products are free from synthetic fragrances and colors, petroleum derived ingredients like mineral oil, microcrystalline wax etc., irritant surfactants like sodium lauryl sulfate (synthetic or naturally derived), non-biodegradable silicones like dimethicone, animal derived ingredients, most broad spectrum preservatives

Information regarding our product packaging is presented under the ‘Clean + Green’ information tab. Most of our products are packaged in #7 recyclable plastic containers. Please check the individual container labels to verify the type of plastic used (#1 through #7) and its recycling status. We recommend our customers to verify the ability of their local recycling service to recycle plastic (#1 through #7) containers. We also recommend our customers to first clean the empty containers prior to recycling in order to avoid the diversion of unclean containers to the landfill by the recycling facility.

Our products are certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny and are certified vegan and cruelty-free by PETA. We do not use animal derived ingredients. Sanjeevita products are not tested on animals and we do not source ingredients that are tested on animals for cosmetic applications. We recommend all users to read and follow product storage conditions along with usage and handling directions provided on the product label. Unless specified on the label, keep products in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
